About Me

My name is Annett Endres, as Change and Project Manager I support projects and change processes from the initial idea to the successful realisation. The variety that comes with a project as well as the challenges around supporting everyone involved and achieving best results motivate me. Fifteen years of business experience especially in the field of Organisational Development on a wide range of projects for small businesses to large international corporations in various industries (e.g. Automotive, Building, Energy, IT) are the foundation of my engagement. I graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration specialised in Organisational Development / Change Management and Marketing / Communications. My profile is complemented by qualifications in Project Management, Training and Coaching.

To me people are the most valuable component of corporations and play a major role as key factor for success. In my role as Change and Project Manager I especially focus on supporting, guiding and developing people in projects and change processes.

Event Venue

Beautiful venue for events such as workshops and presentations – In 1960 the „hall“ was built for Raiffeisen to store agricultural products and establish a place for financial transactions. From 1996 it was used as a barn and accommodated horses for a couple of years. In 2015 it got transformed into an event venue and also for living. The „hall“ provides around 110 m² of open space for an indidividual set up and use (plus 50 m² with office rooms, kitchen and sanitary facilities) as well as an outdoor area of 1,300 m² for trainings etc. The building is idyllically situated in a small village surrounded by vinyards and forest.
